Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC Baku LLC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 

We are currently seeking a PR Coordinator to join the Company.

The duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinates development of media materials to support all relevant PR activities (fact sheets, press kits, media releases, speeches, contributed articles, newsletters, articles, news releases, photography, etc.)
• Interfaces with outside writer in development of media materials.
• Oversees corporate websites ensuring timely posting of information, ease of use, availabil-ity of all assets.
• Identify and propose internal stories to help promote general awareness of the finished goods/products
• Develops and maintains good working relations with the media, including local and international newspapers, magazines, radio, TV and online outlets; significantly enhancing and maintaining regional media relations.
• Manages and answers enquiries from individuals, journalists and other organizations
• Supports monthly sales releases with timely, accurate information, preparation and distri-bution of materials to media.
• Coordinate in organization of press events such as press conferences,  competitions, spon-sorships, and social media

Requirements:

- University education in Marketing, Industrial Engineer or Business Administration (International background is preferrable)
- Minimum 3-5 years Sales experience with FMCG and big retail chains
- Demonstrate proven track record
- Target oriented and resistant to overcome difficulties
- Excellent language skills: Azeri, English and Russian
- High standard use of MS Office applications
