Condition: Office is in administrative building attached to the Plant.

Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:        

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR 
Deep knowledge in labor legislation        
Fluency in English
Organizational skills
Ability to manage process.

Job description:

General Mission

Ensure fulfilment of overall HR policies, duties and function
Implementation of all HR processes from recruitment to contract termination
Retention of good employees
Supervision of training and development process

Duties

Recruitment and Induction

1. Preparation of recruitment reports
2. CV screening, sorting and document management
3. Conduct telephone interviews
4. Preparation and updating of applicant database
5. Conduct face to face first interview
6. Invitation of candidates, time planning and explanation the way to come
7. Conducting Employment Reference check and filing the results
8. Preparation and sending job offer letter
9. Provision with orientation information
10. Delivery of the Employment contract and the job description
11. Organization of Medical pre-employment check-ups and receiving certificates

Personnel works

12. Preparation of Employment Contract
13. Filling of Labour books and keeping
14. Preparation of HR orders
15. Timekeeping, recording and filling of attendance
16. Software entering of employee data
17. Contacting with State employment office regarding vacancies and filling special forms and reporting
18. Preparation and submitting of statistical report
19. Opening individual personnel file for new employee
20. Receiving and filling of Employment Contract
21. Delivering, receiving and file of “Employee information form” (CNIM’s application form)

Payroll works

22. Preparation of payroll
23. Entering deduction and supplement data
24. Sending pay slips

Training

25. Preparation of training budget
26. Research and determine training needs
27. Preparation of training program
28. Researching for trainers
29. Keeping relations and negotiation with training companies and educational entities
30. Organization of trainings
31. Software entering of training data
32. Evaluation and documentation of training results

Responsibilities

Compliance of internal rules with state regulation (labor code, taxs, mandatory contributions….).
Respect of internal rules.
Guarantee fair recruiting policy.
Confidentiality of information regarding staff.
Time sheet and pay slips accuracy.
