Sinteks Company is the one of the largest and most successful fashion retailers in Caucasus with more than 50 points of sales in the Region. A current activity of the Sinteks MMC is Fashion Retail/Franchising of fashion labels: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Escada, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo and others.

Responsibilities:


• Answer all phone calls and route to appropriate employee or department.
• Welcome company’s guest and direct them to scheduled meetings or waiting areas
• Receive and send all company’s mails and faxes
• Receive and send all company’s post parcels
• Submit visitors data’s to building security to ensure visitors access
• Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. .
• File, record and manage book keeping of all related correspondence
• Other related duties additionally might be assigned.

Requirements:
 
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance and etc.
• 1 year of the previous secretary experience
• Organization, written/correspondent and communicative
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Abilities to work with office equipment like fax or printers and operate with mini- ATS;
• Azerbaijan, Russian languages fluently speaking, good knowledge of business English
