Position: Retail Sales Manager
Job Description:
• The Retail Sales Manager will identify all sales opportunities within the related industry, formulate and implement a sales strategy, and achieve sales targets, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for sales methodology and managing the account throughout the sales process including account penetration, prospect qualification, sales process planning, negotiation, and closing.
Requirements:
• BS/BA in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Polished presentation skills
• Flexible and Collaborative
• Enthusiastic, energetic, aggressive, confident professional, a self-starter
• Exceptional oral and written communication and strong presentation skills
• Effective communicator, able to connect business needs to solutions
• Able to organize and manage both information and time effectively.
• Establishing long term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role
• English fluent, Russian fluent
Work Schedule:
- 6 days in a week
- 09:00-18:00
