Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating all department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparation of labor agreements and all hiring documents;
- Providing clerical and administrative support.
Requirements for candidate:
- Higher Education;
- 1+ years of experience in Administration;
- Practical knowledge of e-gov, and emas system;
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
- Able to plan activities with short deadlines;
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills;
- Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages, written and verbal.
