Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating, implementing, and evaluating all department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparation of labor agreements and all hiring documents;
  • Providing clerical and administrative support.

Requirements for candidate:

  • Higher Education;
  • 1+ years of experience in Administration;
  • Practical knowledge of e-gov, and emas system;
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
  • Able to plan activities with short deadlines;
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills;
  • Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages, written and verbal.
