Key Responsibilities:
- Process reservations efficiently and accurately using the Opera PMS system.
- Determine room rates based on the hotel's selling tactics.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests' needs and preferences are met.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and requests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Ensure all arrivals for the following day are checked, and relevant backups are handed over to the front desk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of both Russian and English languages.
- Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Responsible and detail-oriented approach to work.
Job Conditions:
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Company-provided meals.
