Description:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, promoting both our agency and products.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns for clients and our store.
- Manage and grow social media communities and followers.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design visual content for both our agency and products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a senior role.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, English/Russian
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficient in using social media management tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement.
