The successful candidates should have:
• 1 year relevant working experience
• Good communicator
• Able to work as member of a team
• English language knowledge is essential
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Deal with shipment (contact courier company and send the correspondence)
• Meet all visitors and forward them to appropriate personnel
• Hold and distribute incoming correspondence throughout the office
• Travel administration assistance
• Other administrative type of services
