Responsibilities: 

  • Answer customer calls, e-mails, messages, provide fast and correct information to incoming customers’ inquiries. 
  • Make phone calls based on the received customers’ inquiries, register the customers’ details, create shipping labels, convert the leads to the customers
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Well understanding on segment of market and develop sales plans.
  • Manage the selling process to external customers, including pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing, maintain and execute sales plan; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers and participate in sales calls. Schedule and visit potential customers for new business. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of company relationship with them.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Manage, develop, coach and control the sales force to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
  • Study existing competitors and for the newer strategies.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and have a proven track record in achieving significant growth.
  • 3+ years’ experience in related field preferably within logistics operations or 5+ years’ B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge and proficient implementation skills in software tools such as Microsoft Office and other database applications specifically in Microsoft Power Point, MS Excel, Power BI, Excellent presentation skills.
  • Russian and English skills. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Negotiation, planning, budget developing, analytical skills is essential. Ability to use project management tools. Experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations will be considered as advantage. Good team skills to be able to work with others. Ability to fully carry out instructions. Multitasking ability. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills are required for /effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
