Responsibilities:

  • Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests 
  • Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner 
  • Resolve all customer complaints. Able to seek solutions and resolve problems, as and when they arise
  • Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym and update the membership database system
  • Handle all incoming calls and answered the enquiries made.
  • Assist the Duty Manager in maintaining the gym 
  • Provide information for prospective members, new residents, and guests, complete the application process for new members joining
  • Executed administrative tasks, including email, fax, distributing parcels and updating calendars

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience
  • Azeri, English and Russian languages excellent written and verbal
  • Able to work both shifts (6:30AM – 14:30 PM and 14:30 PM- 22:30 PM)
  • Have a friendly and professional approach
  • Desire to work and develop in successful and stable company.
