Responsibilities:

• Manage, customize, and optimize 1C software, including the configuration of 1C: Enterprise and related modules. Ensure that 1C solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices;
• Integrate 1C with ERP programs and other relevant software systems, streamlining data flow and enhancing overall business efficiency;
• Implement and maintain seamless database integration with 1C solutions, ensuring data consistency and real-time access to critical information;
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for 1C-related issues, collaborating with end-users and IT teams to resolve complex problems promptly;
• Play a key role in cross-functional teams, contributing to the seamless integration of 1C solutions into various business processes, such as accounting, inventory management, and sales;
• Stay updated on the latest developments in 1C software and ERP technologies, evaluating their applicability to our organization and recommending improvements;
• Train and mentor colleagues in the effective use of 1C software, ERP integrations, and related tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning;
• Maintain data integrity and security within the 1C environment, implementing robust access controls and data protection measures;
• Lead or participate in 1C-related projects, from planning and requirements analysis to implementation and post-implementation support;
• Collaborate in the evaluation and selection of appropriate 1C modules, add-ons, and third-party integrations to meet specific business needs;
• Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate the understanding and utilization of 1C applications and ERP integrations;
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing optimizations and enhancements as needed;
• Act as a technical liaison between the organization and 1C software providers, ensuring effective communication and the resolution of software-related issues;
• Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and insights by utilizing 1C data analytics and reporting capabilities;

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a 1C Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including successful project implementations and system customizations;
• Proficient in 1C software configuration, including but not limited to 1C:Enterprise and related modules (e.g., 1C:Accounting, 1C:Inventory, etc.);
• Strong knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) programs and their integration with 1C solutions, demonstrating the ability to streamline business processes;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a track record of effectively resolving complex technical issues and conveying solutions to non-technical stakeholders;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
• Minimum education level: High School Diploma or equivalent, with preference for candidates holding relevant certifications or degrees in information technology, computer science, or related fields;
• Language skills: Upper Intermediate in English and Russian, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and provide support in both languages;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within 1C and ERP systems;
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 1C software and ERP technologies;
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and security in the 1C environment;
• Experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation to ensure the effective use of 1C applications and ERP integrations;
