Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot wired and wireless office networks.
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor VPN connections for both remote users and site-to-site integrations.
  • Install, configure, and optimize MikroTik routers and switches.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and integration of fingerprint authentication systems and IP cameras.
  • Monitor and improve network performance, security, and reliability.
  • Provide technical support for end-users and office connectivity issues.
  • Work closely with clients’ IT teams to coordinate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility.
  • Document network configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Participate in network upgrade projects, migrations, and new implementations.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, or IT Support Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with MikroTik RouterOS (configuration, troubleshooting, routing, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
  • Practical experience with Wi-Fi infrastructure design and troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to fingerprint authentication systems and IP surveillance systems is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (MTCNA, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, etc.) are a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear terms.
  • Comfortable working with clients and external IT teams in a collaborative way.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a proactive and professional approach to challenges.
