Security Officer

Main duties:

• Checking the parking area and ensuring there are no unauthorized vehicles.
• Ensuring the office security and safety and that all rooms are secured.
• Monitoring all visitors
• Security record keeping
• Monitoring the security cameras.
• Responding to calls when colleagues need assistance.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field and/or Customer Service
• Relevant working experience with layered security standards and processes, including locking and unlocking procedures, CCTV, alarm systems, and monitoring.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian will be an asset.

Desirable qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Working with others - ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Problem-solving - a cool head, common sense, and decisiveness are all necessary qualities for the job.
• Customer focus - must be polite while helping colleagues and guests.
• Good IT skills in Excel and Outlook
