Main duties:
- Checking the parking area and ensuring there are no unauthorized vehicles.
- Ensuring the office security and safety and that all rooms are secured.
- Monitoring all visitors
- Security record keeping
- Monitoring the security cameras.
- Responding to calls when colleagues need assistance.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field and/or Customer Service
- Relevant working experience with layered security standards and processes, including locking and unlocking procedures, CCTV, alarm systems, and monitoring.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian will be an asset.
Desirable qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Working with others - ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
- Problem-solving - a cool head, common sense, and decisiveness are all necessary qualities for the job.
- Customer focus - must be polite while helping colleagues and guests.
- Good IT skills in Excel and Outlook
