The Role: As the Logistics coordinator, you will be working primarily in the office in Supply Chain Department and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Monitor all company’s import and export shipments.
• Oversee and coordinate the customs clearance process for imports and exports.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate and consistent records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Work closely with company’s customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Prepare letters to Customs or other state bodies for getting import permits, when necessary.
• Provide timely updates on the status of shipments and customs clearance processes.
• Liaise with company’s customs broker to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in companies involved in oil and gas business.
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and warehouse teams.
• Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient.
• Capacity to multitask.
• Knowledge of PSA regime, permanent/temporary import and export regimes
• Education level: minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint programs).
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or above
