JOB TITLE:   Service Operation Specialist

REPORTS TO:  Service Manager

SUPERVISES:  None

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the Service Operation Specialist include following duties defined by duty regulations, but are not limited to them:

• Develop and constantly reviewing processes and procedures to ensure maximum gains in productivity and efficiency of service business in BMA.
• Ensures all work performed within the service is completed in a timely and cost effective manner with emphasis upon final product quality.
• Prepares monthly reports to measure service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Operation & Implementation of service PC based programs and Information Technologies (SIS, ET, etc)
• To increase the quality and quantity of SIMS (Repair Information) information. SIMS reporting, controlling and transmitting to Caterpillar
• Planning, ordering, distributing and following up Cat service literatures & periodicals

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Essential Criteria

• Engineering University degree (Mechanical or Relevant Faculties)
• Azerian, English (upper Intermediate) and preferably Russian
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong internal and customer communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
