Key accountabilities:

  • Engage in executing planned audit projects and special audits.
  • Participate in the development of the audit project work program;
  • Execute specific audit tasks as part of the project (interviewing business process owners, gathering information, analyzing data) and regularly update the project in-charge on identified issues.
  • Prepare written records summarizing analysis and interviews conducted during on-site activities.
  • Oversee the execution of the action plan prepared by company management.

Required background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics (finance, accounting, auditing, etc.).
  • More than 2 years of experience in the relevant field of audit.
  • Professional qualifications such as CIA/CISA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CFA will be given preference.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in conducting audit procedures in accordance with international auditing standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify potential risks or irregularities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows products.
  • Flexibility and willingness to participate in business trips as required.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English at the business level.
