Key Accountabilities:

• Review and analyses of monthly financial statements of group companies.
• Monthly balance sheet review and reconciliation with group companies.
• Assist to Finance Director to analyse and challenge quarterly re-forecasts and annual budgets of group companies.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual consolidated financial statements.
• Participate in discussions with external auditors of group companies, when needed.
• Support management accounting of group companies.
• Support Finance Director with financial analytics and financial performance management.
• Regular review of Group and business units’ accounting policies and propose adjustments when needed.

Required background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing, etc.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with aproven track record in the relevant field of finance, at least 1 year in senior role.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA) is preference.

Required skills:

• High attention to detail with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consider broader implications of the situation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders across the businesses.
• Proven professional ethics and integrity.
• Proficient with advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint.
• Business fluency in English and Azerbaijani are required.
