Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating marketing activities in the region assigned by headquarters;
  • Working over market analysis, developing and implementing yearly activity plan;
  • Take full control and initiative for any functional wide events, for both internal and external events.
  • Carrying out presentations and masterclasses for the partners;
  • Supporting sales team in their activities by preparing relevant marketing activities;
  • Arrange meetings, workshops and conference and business functions as required.
  • Handle business travel from A to Z
  • Coordinating the delivery of key event annually, including conferences, award dinners, webinars and educational events
  • Budget management
  • Collaboration with influencers to make product review 
  • Work with supplier and agency (POSM, SMM, events)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Graduate university degree. Major in Marketing or Business Administration is strong advantage;
  • Experience in marketing, coordination of events desirable
  • Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Russian, English;
  • Excellent Computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Confident and highly self-motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
  • Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members;
  • Age 24-35
