Requirements:

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in management, social sciences or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Program Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Program Assistant.
  • Past experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian language will be a competitive advantage for the candidate).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, G Suite and/or additional program management software/tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the team.
  • Assist and support the program team in their daily tasks.
  • Assist the team in executing multiple complex projects.
  • Perform general administrative tasks associated with activities of the program team.
  • Coordinate team schedules.
  • Book, coordinate and prepare agendas, notes and minutes for meetings. 
  • Support the communications functions within the program team.
  • Support the program team with necessary external communications.
