Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Manager Organizer to join our team. As a Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including different ceremonies (Graduation, Certification Awarding, Induction, Opening or Closing, Special Achievement, Sports Awards), corporate events and social gatherings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these events, providing innovative ideas, and implementing effective strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are well-organized and within budget and calendar.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in collaboration with related staff.
  • Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to secure necessary services and materials for events.
  • Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, audiovisual setup, transportation, catering, and accommodations.
  • Manage event registrations, ticketing, and attendee communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for events.
  • Provide on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to improve future events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related profession.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
