Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess the skills, techniques, and performance levels of sales representatives through regular monitoring of calls and other communication methods.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales staff to improve their performance, emphasizing both strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest sales strategies, product knowledge, and company policies.
  • Work with management and HR to define sales performance metrics and standards and develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
    Identify training needs through regular audits and analysis, ensuring training programs are aligned with these needs.
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching.
  • Liaise with management to gather specific training needs related to product or process changes.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages ongoing skills development.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to determine the effectiveness of training and quality control measures and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training manuals and materials.

Qualifications:

Please note that the successful candidate must possess fluency in English as it is an essential requirement for this position. Additionally, proficiency in German is desired.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center sales or quality assurance role, with a strong background in training and development.
  • Excellent understanding of call center operations, sales techniques, and customer service procedures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on PowerPoint for training purposes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well in a team environment and manage interpersonal dynamics.
