Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage an efficient and effective team through on-job training, motivation, coaching and staff development in order to deliver SM&D strategies    
  • Develop and manage business relationship with key target trade partners within the area – Key Accounts, Wholesalers/Distributors, and outlet owners.
  • Develop programs for the area to ensure competitive advantage in the area and share learning within the Region    
  • Controls and monitors all Sales Ops ad-hoc spend    
  • Controls and monitors all Sales Operational Budgets     
  • Formulates and administers Sales incentives for the division.

Qualifications / Education:

  • 5 - 10 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience at Regional Sales Manager level and or a possible 2 year National experience.
  • Excellent English
