Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors. (incoming and outgoing hotels, restaurants, travel agencies);
- Track inventory and restock services when needed;
- Identify suppliers of services;
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of services, deadlines, expectations, payment conditions, etc;
- Work closely with the sales team to understand details of procurement requirements;
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of services delivered;
- Work closely with the accounting team;
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Relevant work experience 3+ years
- Experience in managing procurement activity for mid-scale projects
- Experience in tender processing, contract and supplier performance management;
- Proficient user of MS Office;
- Fluency in English,Azerbaijani and Russian languages, written and verbal;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; Well-developed time management and organizational skills;
