Position: Restaurant Supervisor/Team Leader
Reports to: Consulting Project Leader of SolutionsHI
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be assisting the Hotel Manager to the short and long term planning and the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant outlets, ensuring high level service required according to standards and the Concept.
You will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for the Restaurants.
You will interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience. You will supervise the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations, minimum 4 years experience in restaurant management preferred
• Communication skills in Azeri or Turkish and Russian is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Strengths as a developer and a leader of others are essential
