Requirements:

  • 3 years of work experience in Education coordination  or Sales coordination;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English (fluent);
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet;
  • Deep understanding of Customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent product presentation skills
  • Excellent presentation preparation skills

Job Description:

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed;
  • Development of a strategy to increase sales and attract customers (students);
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them;
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories;
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts;
  • Mentoring and provide feedback; 
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment;
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed;
  • Meeting with clients to discuss details about the education we provide  and Masterclass and our school;

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation  skills;
  • Proven ability to meet quotas;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Experience setting sales goals;
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills;
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Working Conditions:
