Junior Procurement Specialist / Procurement Assistant

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Local Supplies
  • Assisting in preparation of RFPs and gather price offers from local vendors.
  • Assisting in review of procurement requests.
  • Ensure all procurement requests are accurately completed with proper documentation.
  • Assisting in Preparation, modification, and termination supply contracts as needed.
  • Assisting in payment process to suppliers
  • Monitor purchase orders and requisitions to ensure fulfillment or cancellation.
  • Manage order logistics: Collection, shipment, and delivery of goods.
  • Review and update vendor database regularly.
  • Print, scan, and archive procurement-related documents, ensuring they are well-organized and accessible for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
  • One year of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction tools and equipment preferred. 
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (good), Turkish (good) 
  • Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker
  • Good communication, organizational and analytical skills. 
  • Able to effectively navigate and excel within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with grace and efficiency.
