Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with EVIMIZ's overall business objectives
  • Utilize the CRM platform to analyze customer data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, personalized communication, and loyalty programs based on customer segmentation and preferences
  • Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, implementing best practices for data management and security
  • Train and support team members on CRM tools and processes, ensuring a smooth adoption and utilization of the CRM platform across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Knowledge of sociology and understanding of customer behavior within the market
