IT Business Analyst (Middle East Region)

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of meetings and analytical interviews with the client to collect user requirements within the project;
• Researching and analyzing the necessary internal laws and rules of the client's enterprise based on the user's requirements and carrying out analysis on this basis;
• Preparation of the logical design of the system, various types of diagrams, schemes, and user interface sketches based on the user's requirements;
• Studying, modeling, and analyzing the client's business processes with appropriate diagram methods;
• Preparation of System Requirements Specification (Analysis document) as a result of analysis of user requirements and agreement with the client;
• Providing necessary information support to programmers regarding system requirements and Analysis document analyzing at the system programming stage;
• Implementing presentation of the system to the client and providing the necessary training during the system implementation phase.

Requirements:

• The position requires relocation to the Middle East region;
• Higher education in the field of information and communication technologies is preferred;
• Fluency in English is required; Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred;
• 3+ years of work experience as a business analyst or system analyst in the IT field;
• Knowledge and experience in the field of business and business process management;
• Knowledge of database management systems and programming foundations;
• Knowledge and experience in the preparation of various types of diagrams, block diagrams, and interface sketches based on the user's requirements;
• Work experience in the preparation of System Requirements Specification (Analysis and Design document) and other documents;
• Analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
