Job responsibilities:

  • Become the leader of the product team, while being approachable and supportive to the team members.
  • Launch the product to a market and improve/polish the product by creating an efficient user feedback loop.
  • Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Develop the product roadmap and own the process of product delivery
  • Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/tasks) that guide the Agile software development team.
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, stay on track towards business deliverables.
  • Prepare key objectives, strategies and apply the gathered data to make business decisions.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of superior user/customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Be accountable for the created product(s), and communicate the product needs with business partners.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of tasks for implementation.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Represents team in front of stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze market, and the users, identify potential issues and apply them into product roadmap.

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong business acumen and business-mindedness.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
  • Ability to be autonomous and think, analyse, decide independently.
  • Fluency with data
  • Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
  • Great understanding new tech opportunities and other new trends.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

Working hours:

  • We work 10:00 – 19:00 from office #NOT remote! (13:00-14:00 lunch time)

Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
