Candidate Requirements:

• University degree in Chemistry and other related fields
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani. Knowledge of English and Russian is an asset
• Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Job responsibilities include, not limited to:

• Conduct a large number of experiments to improve the quality of the analysis
• To know all procedures and programs related to production, ability to use methodologies
• To monitor all analyzes are carried out according to the procedure
• To consult with employees for better production results
• Prepare written reports on the results of analysis and experiments
• Properly dispose of equipment and reagents
• Repair equipment and facilities
• Train new employees on all analysis and safety procedures
• To observe the rules of safety techniques in the laboratory
• Participate in creating a safe work environment for employees
• Regularly organize general cleaning work
• Regularly check and troubleshoot equipment for safe operation
• Ensure safe evacuation of employees in case of emergency
• To follow the instructions of the laboratory control manager and laboratory supervisor
• To inform immediate management about deficiencies in the workplace
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
