Crushing Plant Manager
Reporting to Country Operations Manager, you are responsible for all operations on sites.
These include:
- Ensure All Crushing Plants operate to their maximum output capacity
- Ensure All Crushing Plantsare utilized to their maximum hours per day
- Ensuring high levels of Quality Control at all sites
- Strict control of all Crushing and Mobile Equipment
- Maintain the welfare, health & safety of all employees on all sites
- Ensure fuel levels are maintained on all sites
- Ensure the on-site warehouse maintains acceptable levels of stock & spare parts to ensure the plants can operate efficiently on all sites
- Maintain good housekeeping on all sites
- Provide accurate production and stock figures to management & head office on all CP sites
- Report any significant breakdowns or incidents immediately to the Country Operations Manager& Maintenance Manager and organize breakdown repairs
- Report any breakdowns / issues of Mobile Equipment & Mack Trucks to the service department immediately
- Visit each plant weekly, learn current problems, preparing action plan for solution and inform management
- Follow instructions from Country Operations Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years experience in similar role
- Fluency in English;
- Age: 28 and above.
