Main Responsibilities:
- Accountability for Sellers launch on Umico from first contact to first sale
- Design and implement a strategic Seller acquisition plan that expands platform’s seller base and ensure timely launches Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Participation in working groups and negotiations with local and international industry leading sellers
- Autonomous project management for seller launch and pipeline with weekly follow-up
- Understand, present and manage all seller launch and further sell-related processes including Operations, Accounting, Legal, CRM, etc.
- Serve as the link of communication between sellers, Technical partners and internal teams
- Close cooperation with Technical partners with ability to recommend most convenient, experienced and fast for each concrete seller case
- Identify existing and emerging market leaders and market shifts while being fully aware of sellers’ marketplace/e-commerce strategy and competition status
Key requirements:
- Master’s degree, preferably in marketing/business/economics
- Minimum of 2 years of Fashion retail/ Shopping mall experience in marketing, sales or commercial department
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proven ability to drive the Seller-related projects process from plan to close
- Knowledge of main commercial KPIs and e-commerce metrics
- Excellent negotiation, sales and client-management skills
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Firm knowledge of MS Office, advanced user of MS Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English/Russian
