GROUP SALES MANAGER

Job Title: Group Sales Manager (New Agricultural equipments)

Department: Sales

Reports To: Dealer Principal

Supervises: Outlet Sales Managers / Salesman & Sales Personnel
 

Job Function:

Responsible and manages for sales&marketing operations for the entire organization, including the development and implementation of sales strategy, sales department vision, annual objectives, sales processes and marketing plans for whole goods and services. To maximize return on investment through; optimizing Sales Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction, growing profitable new and used complete good sales, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining talent and effectively engaging department personnel.
 
Essential Duties:

1. Develops and maintains effective Sales processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction across all outlets.
2. Creates annual Sales Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
3. Develops and executes Sales & marketing plan and review progress monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals while realizing the market share objective.
4. Monitors competitors activities, market analysis and industry trends.
6. Takes the lead in sharing best practices and implementing common process throughout the whole Sales Organization.
7. Develops and executes a whole goods forecast and ordering plan.
8. Evaluates sales performance by outlet, product line& salesman using the DMS system and sales tools.
Maintains a complete goods pricing strategy to achieve budgeted sales, market share and financial objectives.
9. Develops and manages a customer relationship process that includes; the interaction with the customer base, customer profiling and classification.
10. Leads, supervises and coach sales team.
11. Recruits, hires, developsthough and retains key talent.
12. Responsible forSales department equipment including vehicles and sales office equipment.
 
Skills & Qualifications:

 3-5 years sales management experience.
 Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
 Excellent understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operations.
 Familiar with tractors and competitive products.
 Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
 High level of communivation and human relations.
 Needs Foreign Passport
