Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable: System Administrator, IT Help Desk to join our team. As an: System Administrator, IT Help Desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users, resolving IT-related issues, and maintaining and updating computer systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to our internal users via phone, email, or in-person communication
- Respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist with maintaining data backup and recovery systems, and implement data security measures
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to maintain and improve the organization's IT infrastructure
- Document and maintain IT processes, procedures, and policies
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure proper system functioning and security
- Train end-users on basic computer operations and software applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an : System Administrator, IT Help Desk, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery systems and data security measures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with Help Desk software and ticketing systems
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
