Job Description:
• Ensures that Debenhams standards are implemented and followed constantly in the store
• Controlling Store team efficiently
• Maximizing store productivity and efficiency
• Establishing excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards
• Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity
• Maximise Sales performance
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities to merchandise team.
• Effectively implement promotional focus required.
• Monitor competitor activity and external forces, taking action where necessary.
• Analysing reports to make informed commercial decisions.
• Work in conjunction with the Visual Manager and management team to implement and maintain visual excellence both in prime trading and during promotional activity.
• Maximising availability of product and ensure optimum stock representation is achieved on the sales floor with an accurate pricing policy.
• Coach team to maximise their performance and understand the company requirements and their contribution to achieving these.
• Drive high performance with implementation of any promotional activity.
• Be aware and drive profit performance within the store.
• Effectively lead and develop the team
