Responsibilities:
- Organization of internal meetings (preparation of agenda based on managers requests, printing docs, preparing minutes, etc);
- Preparing the necessary forms for the signing of audit opinions, printing them out, binding them, and filing UHY copies;
- Assisting in the proposal and tender processes, such as collecting the necessary documents, binding the proposals, and sending them out;
- Monitoring the status of paper file archiving and retention;
- The tasks involve managing staff bookings, verifying that they align with budgets, and conducting searches for available staff as per the requests of the managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Students/Fresh graduates);
- Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both oral and written);
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point);
- Telephone and business etiquette competency;
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different categories of staff;
- Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Result-oriented and proactive in problem solving;
- Stress-resistance.
