Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from either GCC or Indian markets and provide excellent customer service
  • Effectively communicate travel products and services to customers
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of travel services to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Continuously gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales in the travel industry
  • Good in English and ability to communicate effectively with customers from either the GCC or Indian market
  • Mathematical thinking and analytical skills to handle pricing and costing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
