OFFICE ADMIN

WORK FUNCTIONS

- Manages the overall administrative works of the Company;
- Makes arrangements for the staff business trips and meetings;
- Answers phone calls and receives or sends out faxes;
- Records all incoming and outgoing documentation in a log book;
- Prepares quotations for materials supply;
- Is responsible for co-ordination with shipping companies;
- Liaises with suppliers for requirements.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- University Degree or Secretarial training
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Good command of mathematics
- General computer literacy, including basic office equipments i.e. scanner, photocopier etc.
