  • Master’s degree – advisable.

  • Strong drafting skills
  • Effective communication skills in dealing with customers and partners
  • Ability to work independently, multitasking and work under pressure

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving, management and leadership skills, highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions

  • Ability to follow procedures exactly

  • Being self-disciplined: high level of adherence to the company requirement
  • Salary will be discussed individually at the interview (around 1000 AZN)
  • Age limit: 22-32.

Job summary:

  • Requesting assistance from international partners and maintaining correspondence with them
  • Maintaining strong relationships internally and externally with partners, fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Ensuring that process documents are complete, current, communicated and stored appropriately
  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure that orders are processed correctly
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
  • Providing detailed and accurate process forecasts
  • Assessing individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
