Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the lobby bar, take their orders, and make recommendations as needed
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and soft drinks
• Prepare and serve light snacks and pastries, such as sandwiches, salads, and cakes
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and arranging seating
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and serving sizes
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager or other senior staff members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
• Knowledge of bar service, including mixing and serving drinks, and preparing light snacks and pastries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming attitude toward guests and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with excellent time management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages
