Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing and approving orders from partners
- All processes with distributors (Financial, Logistic, Operations etc.)
- Coordinating delivery of products
- Coordinating handover act of winning tickets for all sales channels
- All requests from Sales department
- All SAP ERP procedures of Sales department
- Monthly preparation agent-based presentation (photos, avg. TO, POS details)
- All procedures with pre-validated tickets (Receiving data from Sales channels à Prepare reports à send to field for implementation)
- Daily preparation and sending to sales team product-based report of zero turnover agents
- Follow upping the sales team and getting reasons of zero turnover, preparation report
- Summarize all data and send to relevant managers final report
- Monthly preparation of P&L report of agents
- Key responsibilities for certification project
- Sales related responsibilities for SVA project
- Sales related responsibilities for upcoming Distributor Portal project
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferable for this role;
- At least 3 years of overall experience working in similar field;
- Experience in management of dealers and sales persons ;
- Excellent communication in Azeri, good English and Russian is preferable;
- Knowledge of MS office as proficient user.
