SOCAR-AQS LLC is a fast growing, integrated drilling and well services provider. The company is expanding its activities in platform drilling on Shallow Water Guneshli (SWG) field offshore Azerbaijan.

The company is currently looking for highly-motivated, competent candidates, who display exemplary safety behaviour and the highest standards of work ethics, to fill the following vacancy:

Recruitment coordinator

Key Responsibilites:

• Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
• Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall.
• Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system
• Work closely with HRM to deliver recruitment needs.
• Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
• Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
• Supervise & interact closely with HRM in charge of assigned hires as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding.
• Support HRM with weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Update and deliver weekly metrics for assigned hires.
• Conduct offshore site visits as required.
• Improvement of the job descriptions in accordance with current work practice.

Required general qualifications of the candidate:

• Higher education (technical background is preferable);
• At least three years of experience in relevant area; (recruitment agency experience is preferable);
• Ambition to succeed;
• Ability to learn quickly and develop continuously;
• Excellent problem solving capabilities;
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
• Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).
