Job description

Summer pool attendant is responsible  for general up keeping of pool and recreation areas of the hotel ensuring that the pool, sun lounges and umbrellas are in proper conditions. Further he will assist all our guests with towels and other inquiries which will reflect the standards of service of Excelsior Hotel Baku.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be customer driven and energetic with good guest service skills and the ability to handle complaints. Positive, smiley individual with an approachable character who will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great team player. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and other members of the team. He must maintain a neat, well groomed appearance all times while on duty. Hospitality experience is an advantage.
