Position: Marketing Coordinator Intern       

Job Description:

  Assist the any request or demand was reached by phone or to inform the related colleague.   
  Follow up the routine works in office and also create reminders to related team members.
  Follow up and organize all materials (leaflet, flyer, card, promotion, etc) related to Hotel’
marketing and promotion.
  Promote the hotel’s marketing activities to the media covering all food and beverage, rooms and event promotions;
  Complete any e-mail, fax and others related to activities.
  To set up the filing system in the office and retain it updated.
  Able to have a good written English speak fluently.
  Promote and support all marketing and PR activities including special events, sponsorship opportunities, merchandising campaigns, exhibitions and property inspections;

Requirements:

  Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian language is essential, both written and verbal.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project and time management
  Photoshop and Power Point knowledge are welcome
  Creatively minded and has a desire to work in marketing and/or PR for the hospitality industry
  Ability to work under pressure at all times
  Able to interact effectively, create solutions, influence others and work diplomatically with a wide range of individuals
  Friendly demeanor, positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong customer focus and ability to work independently
  Professional approach, clean and well-groomed at all times
  Honesty, integrity, passion for hard work and achieving results and successful outcomes
