• Higher education in finance/economics and other analytical specialties in the relevant direction.
• High analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• At least 3 years of experience in ERM or Operational risk management.
• MS Excel and SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;

Əsas vəzifə öhdəlikləri / Job Role Responsibilities:

• Providing control over the collection, investigation, and resolution of incidents from the structural units of the company.
• Identification of risks within the company, assessment, and formalization of the risk catalog.
• Collection of information on the loss and formalization of the report.
• Risk heat map preparation.
• Participation in the direction of improvement of the risk culture in the company.
• Preparation of recommendations on corrective measures to prevent and reduce operational risks.
• Proposing risk indicators for the assessment of operational risks.
• Participation in the preparation of risk health index (RSI).
• Conducting RCSA assessment in the company's structures and presenting the results.
• Preparation of required reports.
