Main duties:
- Introduction of marketing strategies, determination of annual aggregated and total revenue plans through analyses of the latest trends and outcomes.
- Analyzing the brand market position and integrating the target customer data;
- Undertaking brand entrepreneurship and development of brand related concept, strategies and setting targets.
- Integrating brand strategies with the brand markets and strategies for market positioning, introducing goods and services to the market.
- Setting of sales goals, and designing expected sales volumes and sales revenues for the existing and new products through forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the brand.
- Supporting the sales volume, product assortment and sales prices through tracking the supply and demand, variable trends, economic indicators and customer relevance.
- Effectively manage staff to meet brand expectations and goals and identify and assess individual and group development opportunities
- Planning to ensure the brand target (store targets) and achieving individual targets following sales policies and strategies of the company,
- For the purpose of achieving the highest performance standards and monthly sales targets, as well as ensuring the satisfaction of Key Performance Indicators to manage the improvement of sales staff skills, their development, training and motivation.
- Taking an active part in the staff management, supervising the performance appraisal, rewarding employees for excellent performance, introducing a sales specialist (sales consultant) to a customer for ensuring the achievement of targets..
- Defining the strengths and weaknesses of the sales specialists (sales staff), thereby carrying out performance evaluation of employees working under his/her subordination and managing a sales program appropriately
- Generating and drafting new sales initiatives and programmes to cover key indicators and ensuring their submission to the top management.
- Drafting and compiling all financial and sales reports, including a Profit and Loss report (on a daily basis), and annual budget report, a monthly Profit and Loss report covering the periods from the beginning of financial or calendar year up to the current date, and submitting to the management within the appropriate time.
- Submitting a monthly sales plan execution to each sales consultant and provide each sales consultant with a monthly sales plan.
- Ensuring the involvement of each member of sales team to relevant sales trainings to improve and develop their skills in “Sales techniques”, “Customer Service” and “Product training”.
- Drafting of work and leave schedules of employees working under his/her subordination and submitting them to the management
- Supervising the control over the employees’ discipline and performance and making timely reports to the management on the results thereof.
- Carrying out stock analyses of goods kept at the warehouse and preparation of report (availability of relevant assortments of goods according to their volumes, titles and other features)
- Making inputs to the relevant documents and marketing data base
- Supervising the overall performance of store employees within the limits of his/her job duties.
- Preventing the employees from gross misconduct and infringement or violation of labour legislation and other legislative acts, making prompt reports to the management on each infringement committed by employees:
Requirements:
- Higher education in Brand Management or related field;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience;
- Experience in Fashion and Luxury industry;
- Experience in developing brand strategies to the next level of growth;
- Leadership and People management capabilities;
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
- MS Office proficiency;
