Requirements:

Higher Education
5 year experience in HSE Field
Relevant certificates in HSE Sphere
Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian (Intermediate) and English (Intermediate)
Result and detail oriented
Entrepreneurial spirit
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develops and implements all necessary policies and regulations ref to Health, Safety and Environment;
Keeps all HSE related procedures and practices in line with legal and regulatory requirements;
Conducts regular audits on HSE for the company;
Prepares and gives training to all employees on HSE matters;
Reports regularly to the Director;
Administration on the status of HSE within the company;
Prepares annual budget for all HSE related investments;
Acts as interface to official governmental institutions and representatives for his area
Regular control internet security service
