Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct control activities over the construction processes.
  • Check whether handed over quantities match with the actual work performed at construction site.
  • Check whether correct type of materials is used according to company requirements.
  • Perform independent testing of internal controls over business processes.
  • Work with the Senior Internal Control Specialist/line manager to support department managers.
  • Assist Senior Internal Control Specialist in running periodic internal controls testing of business environment.
  • Conduct fraud risk assessments and fraud investigations based on information provided.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of an effective internal control environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering preferably.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Retail industry, Property, or Construction fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for communication with managers and business process owners
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Good personal organization skills.
  • Language skills - Azerbaijani, English
  • Computer skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (high level), and PowerPoint), AutoCad, 3DsMax - preferably
