Key job responsibilities:

• Managing the technical operation and repair of control and measuring instruments (S&A), production equipment and ensuring their uninterrupted operation;
• Scheduling of the preventative outage and maintenance of S&A and production equipment and ensuring their implementation;
• Organizing the repair of faulty devices;
• Organizing installation, testing and commissioning of S&A and production equipment;
• Controlling the quality and timing of maintenance and handling, as well as operating modes and conditions;
• Organizing systematic monitoring, repair and maintenance of production equipment, introduction of best practices and kaizen in terms of operation, installation, and maintenance of S&A;
• Supervising the awareness of standard operating procedures, workplace and fire safety guidelines, industrial safety requirements among the subordinate personnel, as well as their fulfillment;
• Participating in carrying out the measures to maintain the product safety management system (PSMS), environmental management system (EMS) in good order;

Requirements for candidates: 

• Higher education in technical fields;
• At least 3 years of experience holding an engineering, technical, and managerial position;
• Advanced skills in MS Office, ERP (SAP, MES) information systems;
• Trained and certified in occupational safety, fire and industrial safety rules, civil defense and emergency situations;
• Intermediate level of English language

Skills and knowledge:

• Equipment operating and maintenance rules;
• Standards, specifications and guidelines related to working with EC&I, communications and production equipment;
• Process technology;
• Configuration, maintenance and repair procedures of EC&I, communications and refrigeration equipment;
• Legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, resolutions and orders of the state authorities, guidelines, technical specifications and regulations, and other governing document regulating the professional sphere;
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to share knowledge and experience;
• Stress resistance.
