Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience from 3 years, experience in production process is important
- Good in Azerbaijan and Russian and English is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process
Job responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of logistics throughout the supply chain of the company
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of goods and services
- Monitor the entire process of product movement
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
- In the case of international transactions, prepare the necessary shipping and export documents.
- Properly fill and enter all receipts and invoices
- Track all orders that are made by the firm as at when due
- Make sure that delivery vans or cargo ships (as the case may be) are properly loaded
- Fully gain knowledge of the firm’s product(s) and how they can be stored appropriately
- Have expertise in the handling of different equipment normally used for the storage and shipment of products
- Analyze areas of corporate logistics so as to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies
- Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers so as to improve the supply chain
